• There been several Vogues groups performing out there at various points in time.
  As of 2018, be sure the show has ties with Troy Elich or Chuck Blasko.
  Those are the only two legal groups performing today.
  
  In 2009, the only original members performing were Hugh Geyer and Bill Burkette
  (with the trademark owner's Vogues group), and Chuck Blasko (with his own group).
  
  Several years later, Hugh retired again. And Bill continued to perform with
  the trademark Vogues until his health declined. Bill passed away in 2018.
  
  Chuck is only permitted to perform as The Vogues in 14 counties of Western PA.
  
  And the trademark owners are only permitted to perform (as the Vogues) outside
  of those counties worldwide.
  
  
• There also seems to be several CD's floating around out there which
  contain pictures of original members but do not contain their music.
  Be careful what you buy. We recommend Amazon.com because it
  contains customer reviews. These reviews allow you to see what other fans
  have to say about the album. Misleading ones typically get bad reviews. Too bad
  people realized this AFTER purchasing the CD. I don't want this to happen
  to anybody else. So please pay attention to the reviews. And if there is
  any question about the legitamacy of the album, send an email to me:

• What about upcoming shows? Well, before you buy tickets, please ask
  the organizer for the members of the group:
  
  If one of the members is Troy Elich, he owns the trademark group.
  From 2007 to 2013, this was the act to follow as it contained two original
  members, notably the two members responsible for the majority of the harmony.
  However no original members are performing with Troy's group today.
  Nonetheless, they still put on a great show with members who have decades
  of experience playing and singing Vogues music.
  
  If one of the members is original member Chuck Blasko, his group is only
  permitted to perform in 14 counties of Western PA (as per purchase
  agreement between Bill, Don, Chuck and John Boyle, upheld by court order).
  Chuck is the only remaining original member performing today.
